At Neve's, we strive to get your order to you the fastest and most economical way possible. We make every attempt to have inventory available and in stock for items sold on our site and most orders will arrive in 8 to 10 business days. We do however from time to time run out of an item or a size and must order it from one of our manufactures.  The delivery time on backordered items can vary, but usually will never exceed 2-3 weeks. Unlike many websites out there, we DO NOT charge your credit card until the the day that the products you ordered is shipped.  If are unable to wait for a delivery, please feel free to give us a call to cancel your order.

We have recently updated the way our site adds shipping costs.  Before the update, the shipping charges were estimated based on retail value of products.  Our site is now updated to link directly into UPS and the costs are calculated based on actual product weight.  This process assures that you pay only true UPS charges.
