At Neve's, we strive to get your order to you the fastest and most economical way possible. We make every attempt to have inventory available and in stock for items sold on our site and most orders will arrive in 8 to 10 business days. We do however from time to time run out of an item or a size and must order it from one of our manufactures. The delivery time on backordered items can vary, but usually will never exceed 2-3 weeks. Unlike many websites out there, we DO NOT charge your credit card until the the day that the products you ordered is shipped.
We will soon have the availability for you to select the method of shipping from the ordering page until then we will ship everything UPS unless otherwise requested via an e-mail or phone call from you.
