In the event that you discover a problem with the merchandise received, simply follow the instructions on the reverse side of the packing slip that arrives with your order. Neve's can provide a pre-addressed label for you to affix to the package if the item needs to be returned or you can just address the box to the address below. Place items in their original packages if available and inclose a brief explanation about the return. Include your name, address, and contact phone number.
